Directions:
Shake the bottle. Spray 2–3 times onto areas where you experience muscle tension, preferably after training. It can also be used for restless legs before bedtime.

A tingling sensation may occur during application.

How do I use the magnesium spray?
Shake the bottle well and spray 2–3 times directly onto the desired area. Then massage the product into the skin. Repeat as needed.

When is the best time to use magnesium spray?
The spray can be used after training, after a shower, after a long day on your feet or as part of your evening routine.

Where on the body can I use it?
It can be used on areas including the calves, thighs, shoulders, arms, neck and back. Avoid contact with the eyes, mucous membranes, wounds, and damaged or irritated skin.

Why does the spray feel cooling?
The product contains menthol, which provides an instant fresh and cooling sensation on the skin. The effect may vary from person to person.

Is it normal for magnesium spray to tingle or sting?
Magnesium chloride may cause a mild tingling or stinging sensation for some people, particularly on dry, sensitive or freshly shaved skin. Avoid applying the product directly after shaving or to irritated skin.

Can I use the magnesium spray every day?
Yes, it can be used daily as part of your body care routine. If you have sensitive skin, you may want to start with a smaller amount.

Do I need to wash the spray off?
