If you, against our expectations, are unhappy or changed your mind about our products, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after you purchase. 

In addition, you are covered by a two year guarantee for faulty goods. It does not apply to normal wear and tear. 

Returned products must be unopened and unused. Otherwise we cannot accept your return. You must pay for any shipping cost related to the return, unless the return is due to our mistake.
